On December 16, Thailand Conch Building Materials Co., Ltd.achieved its annual targets ahead of schedule in sales volume, sales revenue, and profit, with all three metrics reaching historic highs.

From October 26th to 27th, the semifinals of the Third Anhui Story Sharing Contest for Foreigners were successfully held in Wuhu City. A total of 24 international friends from around the world gathered to sing songs of friendship and share their affection for Anhui. Since its launch in September 2025, the competition has garnered significant attention from numerous foreign nationals residing in Anhui. A total of 125 participants from 40 countries—including Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and others—have registered to take part. These individuals represent diverse backgrounds such as foreign teachers, expatriate employees, international students, and entrepreneurs. During the semifinal stage, contestants immersed themselves in an experiential visit to Anhui Conch Group (Hailuo Group), learning about China's modern intelligent manufacturing processes in new materials and green environmental protection. They also explored cultural and tourism sites like the Lingjiatan Ruins in Ma'anshan, experiencing Anhui's rich historical culture. Following these fiercely contested semifinals, 12 contestants advanced to the Chinese Language Group final.This competition is jointly organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee, Foreign Affairs Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government, the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, the Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Provincial People's Government, and Anhui Radio and Television Station. Local Party committee publicity departments and foreign affairs offices across various cities are providing supporting collaboration. The grand final and award ceremony will be held in early November.

Recently, Mr. Weerakorn Saitep, Chief Financial Officer of Thailand’s SCG Group, led a delegation to visit Conch Sci-Tech. The reception was attended by Cheng Zhusong, member of the Conch Sci-Tech Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, as well as heads of Conch Materials Technology, Conch Environmental Technology, Conch Admixtures and other relevant department leaders.Cheng Zhusong extended a warm welcome to Mr. Weerakorn Saitep and his delegation and provided a detailed introduction to Conch Sci-Tech’s industrial development. He noted that SCG Group, as one of Thailand’s largest cement companies, has a distinguished development history and deep industry expertise. Following the previous visit to SCG’s headquarters in Thailand, the two parties have entered a substantive experimental cooperation phase focused on admixtures and related products. Cheng said Conch would actively support the experimental work and appoint a dedicated contact person to ensure the smooth progress of product trials.Mr. Weerakorn Saitep expressed his sincere appreciation for Conch Sci-Tech’s warm reception. He remarked that he was impressed by Conch Sci-Tech’s achievements in industrial layout, product innovation and cutting-edge technology research. He said SCG will arrange technical specialists to visit Conch’s factories to learn about production processes and product applications, further promoting deeper collaboration in product testing and technical exchange. SCG places great importance on its strategic partnership with Conch Sci-Tech and will comprehensively advance the alignment and integration of both parties’ strengths and resources.In the near future, Conch Materials Technology, together with Conch Admixtures and Conch Environmental Technology, will conduct online technical exchanges with SCG Group. The discussions will focus on key topics such as epoxy derivatives, energy-saving and emissions-reducing industrial additives, and SCR denitrification product adaptation and performance enhancement solutions, and will include evaluation of product trial results.

Despite the severe challenge posed by the magnitude 7.9 earthquake in Myanmar, Conch Myanmar swiftly and fully advanced improvements in operational quality and market share. In July, the company exceeded its production, sales, and efficiency targets, setting a historic high for single-month operational performance.

On May 20, 2025, Cambodian Prime Minister Prince Hun Manet attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of Conch Cement in Phnom Penh. Conch Cement in Phnom Penh is a joint venture between Conch Group and Cambodia's KT Pacific Group. Utilizing internationally leading production processes and energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies, the company has built a 5,000 t/d clinker production line, a supporting 2.2 million t/d cement mill, and a 9 MW waste heat power generation system. The project was ignited on February 10, 2025, with the kiln system successfully feeding on February 14. The first truckload of cement was shipped on February 20, and the company achieved profitability within the first month of commissioning.

On June 5, the Chinese Consulate General in Mandalay and the Mandalay Regional Government jointly held a forum to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Myanmar. Conch Group, a representative of Chinese companies in Myanmar, was invited to attend the forum and, together with the China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline Company, donated 300 million Myanmar Kyats (approximately RMB 1 million) to repair medical institutions in Mandalay damaged by the March 28 earthquake, demonstrating its commitment to corporate social responsibility.

On April 21st, Conch New Material's Uzbekistan project team established a business partnership with Tashkent Regi Smart Windows & Doors Co., Ltd. The first batch of 21-ton aluminum materials order was successfully shipped, breaking the monopoly of local brands and achieving a "zero" breakthrough in sales in Uzbekistan.

　　On the morning of February 10, the 5,000 tpd clinker production line at Phnom Penh Conch in Cambodia was successfully ignited in one attempt, marking the official commencement of the project.

The 2024 Uzbekistan International Cement Technology Exchange Conference (2024CEMENTTECH UZ) was held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, from September 13th to 15th, 2024. Themed by "Deepening International Cooperation and Promoting Common Development", the conference focused on the green, low-carbon, digital and intelligent development of the cement industry in Central Asia. More than 180 representatives engaged in this conference in the field of cement industry, research institutions, production enterprises, equipment and technology suppliers, industry media and others from China, Central Asia and neighboring countries.

On September 2, 2024, Luang Prabang Conch was invited by the Luang Prabang City Government to participate in the Luang Prabang Dragon Boat Festival. There were brochures for products of Conch, handbags, lighters and other promotional materials with the Conch logo printed on the booth. Many Lao people have stopped in front of Conch's booth to learn about Conch cement products.
